The Challenge
Shopify merchants were losing sales due to stock-outs and overselling. Existing inventory tools couldn't handle multi-location sync or provide the real-time alerts needed for fast-moving products.
Our Solution
Built a custom Shopify app using the GraphQL Admin API that monitors inventory levels in real-time. Merchants set thresholds per product, and the system sends instant alerts via email and Slack when stock drops below target.
The Results
Merchants using TallyX have reduced stock-outs by 90% and eliminated overselling entirely. The multi-location sync feature has been particularly valuable for merchants with warehouse and retail operations.
